Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a delustered thermoplastic resin composition which can suitably be used for car-interior purposes by delustering the surface of a maleimide resin molding without deterioration of its characteristics such as heat resistance, impact strength and the like. CONSTITUTION:The delustered thermoplastic resin composition comprises (A) 5 to 90 pts.wt. of a copolymer from 90 to 50 mole% of an aromatic vinyl compound, 10 to 50 mole% of a maleimide, 0.1 to 20 mole% of maleic anhydride and 0 to 30 mole% of copolymerizable vinyl compounds, (B) 0 to 50 pts.wt. of a copolymer from 90 to 40 mole% of aromatic vinyl compound, 10 to 60 mole% of a vinyl cyanide compound and 0 to 30 mole% of copolymerizable vinyl compounds and (C) 5 to 90 pts.wt. of a graft copolymer by grafting 90 to 30wt.% of a matrix resin of the same composition as (B) onto 10 to 70wt.% of a rubbery elastomer, and (D) 0.05 to 3 pts.wt., based on 100 pts.wt. of the total components (A)+(B)+(C), of a copolymer from 0.1 to 10 mole% of a cyclic imino ether (preferably an oxazoline compound), 10 to 60 mole% of acrylonitrile and 90 to 40 mole% of styrene.
