Abstract:
To provide a method and a device, where magnetized magnetic powder can be demagnetized easily and continuously.
A magnetic powder demagnetizing method comprises a first process, in which magnetized magnetic powder is fed successively into many cylinders, a second process in which the cylinders filled up with the magnetized magnetic powder are made to pass through a magnetic field formed by an electromagnet, and a third process in which the cylinders are made to recede from the magnetic field to demagnetize the magnetic powder in them, after they pass through the magnetic field and a device for carrying out the same.
