Abstract:
To increase a success rate for adjustment of energy demand.SOLUTION: A cooperation possibility acquisition unit 40 acquires the change with time of adjustment cooperation possibilities from consumers belonging to a category of the highest degree of adjustment cooperation possibility. A consumer demand estimation unit 42 estimates the change with time of overall energy demand of a consumer group, for each of the consumers. A demand adjustment unit 44 adjusts the change with time of the overall energy demand of the consumer group. A first presentation unit 46 presents the estimated change with time of the energy demand to each of the consumers belonging to a category of the lowest degree of adjustment cooperation possibility. A second presentation unit 48 adjusts the estimated change with time of the energy demand on the basis of the change with time of the adjustment cooperation possibilities, to be presented to each of the consumers belonging to the category of the highest degree of adjustment cooperation possibility. A third presentation unit 50 proportionally presents the change with time of the rest energy demand allocated proportionally to each of the consumers belonging to the rest category in accordance with the estimated change with time of the energy demand.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
