Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demand control method capable of surely matching used power of a demand control object load to target power at demand time limit end and further capable of improving comfort when using an air conditioner as a load for power adjustment, and a demand control device.SOLUTION: Power consumption of the load for power adjustment of which the power consumption is variable, included in the demand control object load is controlled to be a setting. Power that should be adjusted for matching used power of the demand control object load to the target power at the demand time limit end, namely, so-called adjustment power is calculated from actually used power of the demand control object load and the target power. In the case where the calculated adjustment power reaches a threshold that is smaller than the setting, the setting is reduced just for the adjustment power. In the case where the calculated adjustment power reaches the setting, the load for power adjustment is stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
