PURPOSE: To improve safety of a demolition work by a method wherein after edge cutting of a wall and a column, a fly preventing net is stretched from the upper end part of an outer wall part to the outer surface of a wall part, a scaffolding is disassembled, and thereafter the outer wall part is forced to fall toward the inner side of the outer wall part in a state that the reinforcing bars of the column are left uncut.
CONSTITUTION: After the edges of a outer wall part 1, a wall, and a column are cut, a wire 2 is hooked to the upper end part of the outer wall part, and a net 3 for preventing flying is hung down by a given length from the upper end part of the outer wall part toward an outer surface. In this case, a wire for holding is stretched with the aid of a crane so as to prevent the fall of the outer wall part 1. In disassembly of scaffolding 4, scaffoldings 4a at lower two stages are left non-disassembled. The scaffoldings located one or more stages higher than the stage of a floor forced into a fall are left non- disassembled. The wire 2 is then stretched and the outer wall part 1 is forced to fall toward the inside under gravity without stretching the wire. Finally, the reinforcing bars of the column are cut.
