To provide dendritic cells excellent in migration and infiltration capabilities, and also excellent in the application for an immunocyte treatment instead of the dendritic cells differentiated under a low oxygen state such as a cancer tissue, etc.
The dendritic cells without decreasing or even conversely enhancing the expression of MMP9, proMMP9 and MT1-MMP under a low oxygen state observed in a topical solid cancer or a ischemic morbid tissue as well as under a normal oxygen partial pressure state, excellent in the migration and infiltration capabilities and excellent in application for the immunocyte treatment are successfully prepared. Such the cells are the dendritic cells having the migration capability even under the low oxygen condition and are useful as a medicine for various immunotherapies.
