To obtain a surface lubricant hardly plasticized or softened by a plasticizer contained in a dental acrylic soft material, and forming a coating film having excellent flexibility to improve the durability of a dental acrylic soft material; and to provide a method for forming the coating film and for maximumly exhibiting the characteristics of the surface lubricant.
The dental surface lubricant for the acrylic soft material comprises a polymethacrylic ester, a polyfunctional methacrylic ester, a photopolymerization initiator and an organic solvent as essential components. The method for forming the coating film comprises coating the surface lubricant, naturally drying the surface lubricant to provide a primary coating film in a linear structure, irradiating the primary coating film with a visible light to cause the photopolymerization reaction and to change the primary coating film to a secondary coating film having a crosslinked structure.
