The denture has an artificial tooth 11, a dental plate 13 for holding the artificial tooth in an alveolus portion 12, an adsorbing means for adsorbing the dental plate on to the upper and lower jaws, a recess portion 14 forming a mouth mucous membrane face 52 at the upper and lower jaw positions formed and mounted on the dental plate interior side as the adsorbing means and a negative pressure chamber 53, a communicating hole for allowing the negative pressure chamber inside comprising the recess portion and mouth mucous membrane face to communicate with the dental plate exterior side and a valve mechanism 40 for holding the negative pressure state of the negative pressure chamber inserted into the communicating hole and comprising the recess portion and mouth mucous membrane face.
