To provide a deodorizing filter for a deodorizer which is high in odor removal efficiently and is easy in maintainance, and to provide the deodorizer in which the deodorizing filter is incorporated.
The deodorizing filters for the deodorizer are composed of a deodorizing filter which supports metal oxide catalysts such as manganese oxide, copper oxide, an adsorbent which adsorbs an odorant physically, and a chemisorption agent which adsorbs the odorant chemically on a carrier having an opening; and a deodorizing filter which supports metal oxide catalysts such as manganese oxide, copper oxide and an adsorbent which adsorbs an odorant physically on a carrier having an opening on the down wind side and/or the upwind side of the first deodorizing filter. The deodorizing filter having the opening on the down wind side and/or the upwind side can be washed with running water. The deodorizer is incorporated with the deodorizing filters.
