Abstract:

To obtain a deodorizing food and drink excellent in deodorizing effect and fast-acting property and to provide a method for producing it.

A deodorizing food and drink is produced from raw materials consisting of lactose, a tea leaves extract and peppermint. In the concrete, 250cc (25wt.%) of the tea leaves extract is added to 1000g lactose and further about 10cc (1wt.%) of peppermint is added to the mixture. At first, the raw materials are mixed to obtain a kneaded intermediate product, and subsequently the intermediate product is granulated after dried at 120°C.
