Abstract:
To provide a deoxidation coating agent which is easily coated on a substrate and provides a coating film that is laminated on a substrate with good adhesiveness.
The deoxidation coating agent contains: an organic deoxidation agent; a polyolefin resin containing an olefinic hydrocarbon unit and a unit having an amino group; a moisture-absorbing material and/or a transition metal compound; an acidic compound; and an aqueous medium.
