PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently allocate functions to each of a plurality of virtual instances.SOLUTION: A deployment program allows a computer to execute a process S12 in that one virtual instance from among a plurality of virtual instances that are dispersed and deployed to a plurality of clouds of an identical or a plurality of carriers and are allocated to one of a plurality of functions each acquires image information including constitutive information of the virtual instance, a process S23 in that one virtual instance acquires respective pieces of current constitutive information of the plurality of virtual instances, a process S25 in that one virtual instance identifies a function for each of the plurality of virtual instances, based on the acquired current constitutive information and constitutive information in image information, and a process S26 for allowing one virtual instance to notify each of the remaining virtual instances of the identified function.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
