Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent previously the guiding incapability by comparing the output of the detecting coil which is provided at the center position of the body of the unmanned guiding car with the derailment prevention reference level and the car stopping rference level by the comparator and thus retarding or stopping the unmanned guiding car. CONSTITUTION:The voltage which is induced by the derailment preventing detection coil 4 provided at the center front end of body 2 of the unmanned guiding car is amplified by amplifier 5 and then changed into the DC voltage through rectifying/ smoothing circuit 6. This output is supplied to comparator 10 via amplifier 9 to be compared with derailment prevention reference level Ep and car stopping reference level Et. In case the input voltage level is lower than Ep and higher that Et respectively, deceleration signal L is delivered from comparator 10. And stop signal S is delivered in case the input voltage level is lower than Et. In such way, the guiding incapability of the unmanned guiding car can be prevented previously.
