Abstract:
To provide a demineralization system and a demineralization method for reinforced concrete which is safe and can be realized at low cost.SOLUTION: A demineralization system 200 in which a metallic reinforcement bar embedded in concrete 10 is used as a cathode 20 and a DC voltage is applied between an anode 40 in an electrolyte solution 30 provided on a surface of the concrete 10 and the cathode 20 disposes chlorine suppression means 50 between the cathode 20 and the anode 40. The chlorine suppression means 50 provided in the demineralization system 200 is a cation exchange resin 50 and is disposed in the anode 40 so as to embed the anode 40. The cation exchange resin 50 in the demineralization system for reinforced concrete is contained in a porous body capable of holding an electrolyte solution, the porous body is an open cell foam, and the electrolyte solution 30 is water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
