Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make the setting and confirmation of drilling depth ever so easier, by installing a set rod in a drilling tool of an electric drill or the like drilling concrete or the like in addition to a gauge, and setting the drilling depth with a relative position between the gauge and the set rod. CONSTITUTION:As drilling depth setting device, there are provided with a set rod 2 and a combined device 11 installed in a tip of a gauge 1 in addition to this gauge 1. The set rod 22 is one that its one end is housed in a cylindrical concavity installed in an upper part of a tool body 3, and it is set to be free of slide motion in the axial direction. On the other hand, the gauge 1 is provided with a projection jutting out at both sides, at the rear end, and set up in a concave groove leading to an outer circumferential surface of the concavity, and it is also set to be free of slide motion in the drilling direction. To determine the drilling depth, a tip of the set rod 2 is adjusted to a tip of a drill bit 5, drawing out the gauge 1 as far as a portion equivalent to the drilling depth, and the combined device 11 at the tip of the gauge 1 is connected to the set rod 2, thus it may be done.
