PURPOSE: To obtain a capsule containing a content substance to be readily affected by an acid, water or heat.

CONSTITUTION: A content substance to be readily affected by an acid, water or heat is suspended in a hydrophobic substance having nonfluidity at a normal temperature, capsuled and the dried capsule is further dried in vacuum or freeze- dried in vacuum to produce a capsule having a content substance to be readily affected by an acid, water or heat.
