Abstract:
PURPOSE: To effectively melt snow or prevent freezing on the road surface by effectively utilizing the heat of the hot water flowing in a side ditch.
CONSTITUTION: Evaporation sections 30 at one end side of multiple heat pipes 3 arranged at the preset pitch P toward the longitudinal direction of a road 2 are arranged in a side ditch 1 provided at the shoulder section of the road 2 and guiding the hot spring water H, and condensation sections 31 at the other end side are arranged immediately below the road surface 20 of the road 2. The heat of the hot spring water H is radiated below the road surface 20 by the heat transportation action of the heat pipes 3, and snow is melted or freezing is prevented on the road surface 20.
