PURPOSE: To efficiently supply power and to attain low power consumption by providing plural power source means for supplying an electric charge so that they are dispersed in the surface direction of a picture display part.
CONSTITUTION: The plural power source device means 2 for driving a circuit or an element provided in the picture display part 1 having many picture elements and requiring power supply are provided to be dispersed in the surface direction of the display part 1. In the case the plural power source means 2 are provided to be dispersed in the surface direction of the display part 1, excess power loss is avoided and the low power consumption of the device is attained in comparison with the case only one power source means 2 is provided in the display part 1. In such a case, since the power source voltage supplied to respective loads from the power source means 2 becomes almost constant, the respective loads provided in the respective parts of the display part 1, that is, the operating characteristics of the respective circuits are made uniform.
