Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce working hours by using two-part liquid type foaming urethane resin as a baserock consolidation agent with which a setting time of the two liquid mixture may be specified.

CONSTITUTION: Liquid A is prepared which consists of polyol liquid of hydroxyl value 250-450KOHmg/g which has a primary polyol as a main body which has two or more of hydroxyl groups. Liquid B is prepared which consists of diphenyl methane-4, 4'-diisocyanate that have at least two or more of isocyanate groups, and isocyanate liquid containing isocyanate groups of 18-48wt.% with at least one of polymethylene, polyphenyl, polyisocyanate or tolylene diisocyanate is used as a main body and has an average molecular weight of 174-2000. After a rock bolt 2 has been inserted into a hole 22 of a baserock, the liquid A and the liquid B of two-part liquid type foaming urethane resin are injected into the rock bolt 2 from a hose 11, mixed and set within 5-30 seconds.
