Abstract:

This tape cutting device is structured by connecting an arm 1 to bearing hardware (5) fixed on a dispenser with a shaft (8) of a knurling roll (2), the roll (3) and a pressurizing weight (4) are mounted, and a cutter (9) is fitted.
