Abstract:

To provide a desk circular saw which can detect an exact angle and set an angle easily.

The circular saw has a tilting/moving angle detection means 80 for detecting the angle of a circular saw side to a base upper surface, a tilting/moving angle position detection means 30 for detecting a position corresponding to at least one prescribed tilting/moving angle, a tilting/moving storage means 60 for storing at least one prescribed tilting/moving angle data, an operation control means 50 for calculating the angle of the circular saw side to the base upper surface based on the data of the means 80, the means 30, and the means 60, and a display means 100 for displaying the angle of the circular saw side to the base upper surface based on the output of the operation control means 50. By calculating a displayed angle based on the signal of the means 80, the signal of the means 30 for detecting being at a prescribed angle position, and the data of the means 60, an exact angle can be displayed without causing the lowering of work properties.
