Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive desk for classrooms which does not limit an angle in raising a display when a movable top plate is opened and assures a front view.
SOLUTION: The desk which is designed to place a small-sized computer such as a laptop computer all the time on the fixed top plate and is equipped with a movable top plate used as a top plate by covering the personal computer from the above when not used is adopted for the desk for classrooms suitable for lectures using the small-sized computer. The movable top plate 1 is coupled on the fixed top plate 2 with a first link 4 and a second link 5 in a manner that the movable top plate 1 is located vertically on the front side of the desk for classrooms when opened and that the half of a width of the movable top plate 1 is located below the height of the fixed top plate 2.
