PURPOSE: To move an auxiliary fixing seat instead of moving a main fixing seat for timesaving and make a flat shape of the auxiliary fixing seat moving on a desk small so as not to be a hindrance.

CONSTITUTION: A desk lamp has a main fixing seat 1 being detachably fixed to the edge of a desk 100, and an auxiliary fixing seat 2 being placed on an optional position in the periphery of the main fixing seat 1 on the desk surface 200. A connecting fixture 3 connects the main fixing seat 1 and the auxiliary fixing seat 2 and supports so that the auxiliary fixing seat 2 does not fall down. A desk lamp main body 4 is erected by connecting a base part 41 to the auxiliary fixing seat 2.
