PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which allows doing work using OA equipment and general work without hindrance by enlarging the installation space for OA equipment on a desk top by means of simple constitution.
SOLUTION: A desktop panel rack partition device is provided with front and rear opposite surface portions 7 in such a way that the portions 7 are parallel to the cross direction of each desk top 3 and diagonal to each other. A parting surface part 8 is formed by joining the inner ends of the opposite surface portions, and outer surface parts 9 are formed at right angles to the outer ends of the opposite surface parts. Desktop panels 4 are provided in such a manner that they are opposed to each other so that recesses provided in the opposite surface parts 7 in such a way as to be equal to the breadth of the desk top face in opposite directions, and that the panels 4 are installed across the opposite ends of the desk tops 3 so that each recess fits over the opposite desk top 3. Each desk top panel 4 is provided with a partition rack 6 on its upper surface in such a manner that a rack 5 is freely attached to and removed from the upper surface.
