To provide an apparatus capable of preventing a conductive material from being charged under a condition that the conductive material on the surface of an impression cylinder is not brought into contact with a plate cylinder when an electrostatic gravure printing is performed.
A destaticizer 2 is at least constituted of: a conductor member 20 for grounding, which is grounded; and a cylinder 21 (for example, an air pressure cylinder) in which the conductor member 20 for grounding is made to follow the elevation/lowering of the impression cylinder 10 so as to hold a condition in which the conductor member 20 for grounding is brought into contact with the conductor on the surface of the impression cylinder 10, and the conductor member 20 for grounding is made to be attachable/detachable to the conductor of the surface of the impression cylinder 10, wherein the cylinder functions as an attachable/detachable mechanism. In addition, an ammeter 22 is provided between the conductor member 20 for grounding and a ground electrode.
