CONSTITUTION: A user holds a transmitter device 2, and the signal of the transmitter device 2 is detected by the receiver 1a of a receiver device 1 by approaching the transmitter device 2 to the receiver device 1 provided at the branch of a passage or the like. In the receiver device 2, when there is a space in the display member 1b, a destination guide to the user is displayed there. When the user uses an elevator, he is led to an elevator hall by the receiver device 1. When the user approaches to the hall, and the transmission signal is detected by the receiver 3a of a receiver device 3A, it is decided whether the hall call at the floor the user of the elevator existes to the object floor is already registered or not, and when it is not registered, the hall is registered to an elevator hall control device 4A.
