A plurality of bookmarker strings 2 are connected to the head of a hairpin-like clip 1 or gem clip 5 and the cover and back cover of the book or the backbone thereof is inserted from the leading end of the clip to make it possible to attach the bookmarker strings 2 to a part of the book or the like. The single grasping bar 1f of the hairpin-like clip 1 may be folded back at the leading end 1e thereof to be made double so as to hold memo paper or the like.
