Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a detachable arm exercise machine that can be fixed or detachably mounted to various kinds of aerobics exercise machines used efficiently for exercising upper part or whole parts of a user's body. CONSTITUTION: Leg exercise unit 12 having leg contact face 14; pole 30 arranged adjacently to an end of leg contact face 14; and mounting bracket 52 for mounting leg exercise unit 12 and pole 30 are provided. A detachable arm exercise machine comprises hinge shaft 44 to which pole 30 extending from mounting bracket 52 is mounted rotatably; resistance means attached to hinge shaft 44 for controlling a resistance force necessary for a user to rotate pole 30 forward and backward; and resistance setting member 70 for adjusting the resistance force of resistance means 66.
