Title:
DETECTING DEVICE FOR LEAF FEEDING POSITION OF STAMPING PRESS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0655726
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make it possible to feed a metal leaf exactly and to set a length for regulation of a feeding position to be large while detecting a mark formed on the leaf by a photosensor, on the occasion when the leaf is fed out from a feed roller, superposed on a sheet material and pressed by stamping dies of upper and lower boards and thereby the leaf having a shape, a pattern, a character or the like formed thereon is stuck on the sheet material.

CONSTITUTION: A photosensor 15 is provided inside a cylindrical body having the same cylindrical surface as an idle roller 13 with which a leaf 9 is brought into contact, and thereby a distance between the photosensor and the leaf is maintained to be fixed. Besides, a fixing shaft 41 to which the cylindrical body is fixed is rotated by a rotating mechanism. Thereby the position of the photosensor can be shifted in the direction of the circumference of the idle roller and thus a length of shifting is enlarged.
