Abstract:
PURPOSE: To surely detect a patient wandering around from place to place by providing a warning device sounding an alarm according to a signal passing through a blocking/passing switch means which has been detected by and outputted from a human body sensor.
CONSTITUTION: The output OUT of an AND circuit 109 gives a signal at a high level 1 to the base of an NPN type transistor Tr3, then the Nr3 is turned on. An electromagnetic relay 110 is operated to drive warning devices D1 to D4, and turns on the LED, sounding an alarm charm sound. Thus, the warning devices D1 to D4 can drive only when the patient with no portable transmitter T approaches a receiver R1 and a human body sensor J1 placed at the detection position at the entrance of the hospital room. Thus, the patient can be surely detected without the portable transmitter T.
