Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a device automatically detecting the residual amt. of particles by utilizing a sound piece vibrator.
CONSTITUTION: To a device equipped with an oscillation circuit 6 performing oscillation corresponding to the vibration of a sound piece vibrator 1 of which one end is allowed to protrude into the storage container 13 of particles 14 and detecting the oscillation of the oscillation circuit 6 to detect the residual amt. of particles, the starting circuit 11 forcibly exciting the sound piece vibrator 1 at a definite interval is provided.
