Abstract:
To improve detection sensitivity of a sensor utilizing an electric characteristic of a field effect transistor.
This method for detecting a detection object has a constitution including a step for allowing a primary bonding molecule fixed to the field effect transistor to react with the detection object included in a sample, a step for allowing a secondary bonding molecule to be reacted specifically with the detection object to react therewith, and a step for measuring an electric signal of the field effect transistor after reaction of the secondary bonding molecule. The secondary bonding molecule is preferably labeled with a material amplifying the electric signal.
