To solve problems that a play caused by the backlash is easily generated at a portion of a screw shaft engaged with a detection body in a conventional angular sensor, the feed accuracy of the detection body is degraded and the angle of rotation can not be detected with high accuracy.

A fitting member 23 is provided on a free end side of an elastic supporting member 22, and elastically presses the screw shaft 30a with the horizontal force in the Z1 direction, and thus, female screws of inner surfaces 23c, 23c of fitting parts 23a, 23b of the fitting member 23 can be uniformly and closely tightened to a screw groove of the screw shaft 30a. The play caused by the backlash therebetween can be suppressed, the feed accuracy of the detection body 20 can be improved, and the angle of rotation of a shaft to be detected can be detected with high accuracy.
