Title:
DETECTION CIRCUIT DEVICE FOR SHORT-CIRCUIT PHENOMENON OF INDUCED LOAD DRIVING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH05119100
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a compact circuit for detecting short-circuit phenomenon wherein a detecting means is provided with the first current sensor which detects current flow at recirculation branching part during recirculation phase.

CONSTITUTION: Related to a circuit device which detects short-circuit phenomenon of an induced load driving device, the driving device is provided with a switch 2 which specifies an output terminal T connected to an induction load L, two current recirculation branching parts 18 and 20; 26, and a close/open control unit of the switch 2 wherein the current wherein the load L rises to the first specified value at the first increase phase, and drops to the second specified value at the first recirculation phase, and oscillates around succeeding increase and recirculation phase holding values is used for supply. Two current detecting sensors 60 and 61 of respective recirculation branching parts 18 and 20; 26 at the first and succeeding recirculation phases are provided to a detection circuit, and the current sensors 60 and 61 are connected to a defect signal generating circuit which generates a defect signal when no current is conducted at the recirculation branching part during recirculation phase.
