PURPOSE: To speedily detect a crime vehicle candidate among parking vehicles by detecting the vehicle parking in a car park based on a vehicle number identified at the entrance and exit of the car park, collating a crime vehicle list which the police holds with data and detecting a crime vehicle.

CONSTITUTION: A car park stay vehicle detection part 4 detects the vehicle parking in the car park 1 based on the vehicle number identified by a vehicle number detection part 2 installed at the car park entrance 1a and a vehicle number detection part 3 installed at the exit 1b. A crime vehicle detection part 5 is connected to the computer 6 of the police, collates the crime vehicle list which the police holds with data on the parking vehicle obtained by the car park stay vehicle detection part 4 and detects the crime vehicle. A judgement result is displayed in a crime vehicle number display part 7. Thus, the crime vehicle can speedily be detected in the car park 1 without the need of a manual operation.
