Abstract:

To provide a detection device capable of highly sensitively and accurately detecting organism-derived particles in real time.

The detection device applies light with a prescribed wavelength to a collection member before a collection, measures a signal intensity V0 from the surface thereof (S1), and then, collects particles in air with the collection member (S2). The detection device heats the collection member after the collection (S4), applies light with a prescribed wavelength to the collection member after the heating, and measures a signal intensity V2 from the surface thereof (S5). On the basis of a difference ▵V between the signal intensity V0 before the collection and the signal intensity V2 after the heating, the organism-derived particles collected by the collection member are detected (S6).
