Abstract:
To provide methods and kits for easily purifying and classifying extracellular vesicles.SOLUTION: A density gradient centrifugation of a sample solution in which extracellular vesicles and nanoparticles coated with ligands that specifically bind to molecules present on the surface of the extracellular vesicles are mixed allows precipitation of an extracellular vesicle and nanoparticle composite.
