Abstract:
To provide a detection method for directly detecting the microbial corrosion of a metal pipe itself in which a fluid is circulated or its sign.SOLUTION: A detection method is for detecting microbial corrosion of a metal pipe 10 through which a fluid 11 is circulated. The detection method includes a step of measuring a change per unit time in terms of a content of at least one target molecule selected from the group consisting of protein, nucleic acid, and a complex thereof in the fluid, and a step of comparing the change with a predetermined reference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
