Abstract:
To enable detection accuracy of a target substance to be easily improved.SOLUTION: A detection preparation method comprises the steps of: preparing a particle group 20 having a composite particle 23 in which a target substance 11 or a simulated substance 24 simulating the target substance 11 is coupled to a first dielectric particle 21 modified with a substance specifically coupled to the target substance 11 or the simulated substance 24 and a second dielectric particle 22 having a different behavior by the dielectrophoresis from the composite particle 23; applying AC voltage to an electrode for applying an electrical field to a solvent containing the particle group 20; imaging the solvent with an image pick-up device; and searching for a prescribed frequency that can separate by the dielectrophoresis the composite particle 23 from the second dielectric particle 22 on the basis of an image captured by the image pick-up device while changing the frequency of AC voltage. Any one of the composite particle 23 and the second dielectric particle 22 has a mark (fluorescence substance 25) that may visually distinguish both of them in the image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
