Abstract:
To provide a detector circuit that achieves a wide dynamic range while avoiding the occurrence of large power loss without increasing the scale of the circuit.SOLUTION: A detector circuit comprises: a first detector diode 110 that detects a detection voltage of a signal received by using a heterodyne system; a filter 120 that passes an image signal therethrough from the signal received by using the heterodyne system; a second detector diode 130 that detects a detection voltage of the image signal passing through the filter 120; and a voltage controller 140 that compares the detection voltage detected by the second detector diode 130 with a predetermined threshold, and on the basis of a result of comparison, outputs any one of a voltage obtained by subtracting variation in detection voltage detected by the first detector diode 110 from the threshold and the detection voltage detected by the second detector diode 130.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
