Title:
DETECTOR OF MAGNETIC FLUX DENSITY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH03255379
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To amplify an output of a Hall device stably without using a level shift diode by amplifying and outputting two output signals of the Hall device respectively by an FET.

CONSTITUTION: Supposing that an input resistance RIN of a Hall device 1 is 800Ω, and a current IDSS of a constant current FET 3 is 2mA, an input voltage VHX of the Hall device 1 becomes 1.6V. In this state, if the magnetic flux density acting on the Hall device 1 is changed by 100G (gauss), an output voltage of the Hall device 1 is approximately 4mV. Therefore, if the mutual conductance of each amplifier FET satisfies gm=10mS, an output voltage signal of about 120mV or so can be obtained stably.
