Title:
DETECTOR FOR MAGNETIC NEUTRAL POSITION FOR MAGNET ROTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS60197137
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To easily and exactly detect magnetic neutral position, by providing a stator core having a set of magnetic poles at a position corresponding to a normal magnetic neutral position of a magnet rotor and by providing a magnetic flux detector between the stator core poles. CONSTITUTION:A fly-wheel magnet rotor 11 is formed with a fixed circular permanent magnet 13 inside a cup-shaped fly-wheel 12, and a fixed shaft 9 is fitted on a tapered slot 14a arranged on a boss 14 of the bottom wall center. In such a state, each center of each magnetic pole 2a, 2a' of each stator core 2 is positioned so that each center may correspond to the normal magnetic netural position of said rotor 11. Also, gaps G are arranged on the center between poles of stator cores 2, and the first and second hole elements 5, 6 for magnetic flux detectors are inserted into the gaps G. Then, magnetic flux is detected by flowing an electric current to the both hole elements 5, 6 at the direct current source 15, and the magnetic neutral position is indicated on an indicator 19 via amplifiers 16, 17 and a volage angular transformation circuit 18.
