To provide a detent device or the like wherein position adjustment of a moving member is simplified.

This detent device 100 has: a fixed member 10; the moving member 75 relatively moving to the fixed member 10, formed with a recessed part or a projecting part 75a for a detent in a part of a surface thereof; a ball 101 abutting on an area formed with the recessed part or the projecting part 75a of the moving member 75; an energizing part 102 pressing the ball 101 toward the moving member 75; and a ball support part 103 capable of installing the ball 101 in a different position around a shaft disposed in a displaced state to a center thereof, to the fixed member 10.
