One or more compounds selected from among compounds having a protease inhibitory effect of animal or plant origin (excluding soybean trypsin inhibitor), compounds having a protease inhibitory effect of microorganism origin (excluding antipain and leupeptin), benzamidine or a derivative thereof, acetamide or a derivative thereof, guanidine or a derivative thereof, ω-amino acids, fluorophosphoric acid or a derivative thereof, guanidino benzoic acid or a derivative thereof, lysine or a derivative thereof or arginine or a derivative thereof are used. Compounds having a protease inhibitory effect are preferably blended in 0.0001-20.0 wt.% based on the total amount of the detergent composition.
