Abstract:
To provide a thickener that can impart suitable viscosity to a liquid detergent containing as a main base a hardly thickened anionic surfactant such as an N-acylmethyltaurine salt.SOLUTION: A detergent thickener contains (A) 40-80 mass% of a fatty acid ester of polyoxyalkylene pentaerythritol represented by the general formula (1) in the figure, (B) 10-50 mass% of a fatty acid alkanolamide, and (C) 2-30 mass% of a C12-24 higher fatty acid.SELECTED DRAWING: None
