Abstract:
To obtain a deterioration diagnostic system capable of diagnosing a progressing degree of deterioration with high accuracy according to the characteristics of a material to be conveyed.SOLUTION: A deterioration diagnostic device includes: a state data reception unit 12 for acquiring state data showing a state of a conveyance system including motors 4-1 to 4-n and motor loads 5-1 to 5-n driven by the motors 4-1 to 4-n to convey a material; a storage unit 14 for storing a deterioration diagnostic model for performing a deterioration diagnosis of the conveyance system; a material related information reception unit 11 for acquiring material related information showing characteristics of the material conveyed by the conveyance system; and a deterioration diagnosis unit 13 for performing deterioration diagnosis of the conveyance system by using the deterioration diagnostic model stored in the storage unit 14 on the basis of the material related information acquired by the material related information reception unit 11 and the state data acquired by the state data reception unit 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
