Abstract:
To provide a deterioration preventive agent excellent in prevention of deterioration of foods, cosmetics, etc., and used with a small amount of addition, and strongly resistant to heating and influence of light.
The deterioration preventive agent is provided that has 10 or more of both weather and heating resistances, defined by predetermined equations. A preferred embodiment includes a water insoluble antioxidant, a water soluble antioxidant and an emulsifier.
