To develop a determination method of an exercise program which is appropriate for beauty care, and a kit for executing the determination method in order to prevent aggravation of a beauty state of skin due to an inappropriate exercise.
The present invention provides a determination method of an exercise program which is appropriate for beauty care. The method includes the steps of: (1) making a subject execute one kind or two or more kinds of exercise programs; (2) preparing a biological sample from the subject after the step (1); (3) determining quantity of a measured value of an antioxidant index of the biological sample; and (4) determining the exercise program on the basis of the measured value. The present invention provides a kit for executing the determination method of the exercise program which is appropriate for beauty care, which includes a reagent for determining the measured value.
