PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve detection accuracy of event-related desynchronization of a brain wave generated in a reflection of exercise intention.SOLUTION: A determination system includes: a mastoid electrode disposed at the mastoid on the left side of the body of a user when acquiring an intention of exercise of a region belonging to the right side of the body of the user, and disposed at the mastoid on the right side of the body of the user when acquiring an intention of exercise of a region belonging to the left side of the body of the user; an ear hole electrode disposed in the ear hole of the user; a brain wave signal measurement instrument for acquiring a voltage between the mastoid electrode and the ear hole electrode; and a determiner for determining whether or not an intention of exercise of the region belonging to the right side of the body of the user or the region belonging to the left side of the body of the user is included in a change in the voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
