PURPOSE: To make setting of cast-in sequence to suit the reality by performing simulation of production processes every time cast-in sequence patterns in file registration are read one after another, and finally determining the cast-in sequence with the shortest read time.
CONSTITUTION: From the input file 5 in which a plurality of cast-in sequence patterns are registered previously, a cast-in sequence alteration part 1 reads No.1 cast-in sequence pattern and determines the No.1 cast-in sequence. A production process simulation part 2 makes simulation on the basis of for each process of the basic data file 6 and the working time classified by products, and the obtained read time is recorded in the output file 7. The production process simulation for all cast-in sequence pattern is made at a repeat part 3, and after completion of all processing, a read time evaluation part 4 determines the cast-in sequence pattern with the shortest read time. Thus a cast-in sequence can be determined, with suits the reality.
